Overview

Eve Day ("we", "our", or "the app") is a period, fertility, and health tracking application. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. This includes:

• Cycle and period information
• Fertility tracking data (LH tests, BBT, cervical mucus)
• Pain levels and symptom tracking
• Mood, sleep, and lifestyle logs
• Relief method effectiveness
• Medication and supplement tracking
• AI predictions and personalization data
• Health condition settings
• Pregnancy tracking data

We do not have servers that store your personal health data. We cannot access, view, or retrieve your information.

Apple HealthKit Integration

Eve Day can optionally integrate with Apple HealthKit to read:

• Sleep data: To correlate sleep quality with symptoms and pain patterns
• Heart rate variability: To detect potential stress and inflammation markers
• Activity data: To understand exercise impact on your cycle and symptoms

Eve Day can also write cycle data to HealthKit if you choose to enable this feature.

HealthKit data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.

On-Device AI

Eve Day uses machine learning to predict pain levels, identify patterns, and provide personalized insights. All AI processing occurs locally on your device using Apple's Core ML framework. Your data is never sent to cloud AI services.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal identifiers
• We do not collect location data
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• We do not serve advertisements
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not create user accounts or require registration
• We do not track app usage behavior

Data Sharing

Your data is never shared with anyone. Period.

The only way your data can leave your device is if you explicitly choose to:

• Export your data manually (JSON format)
• Generate and share a PDF health report
• Use iCloud backup (managed by Apple, not us)
• Share information with a healthcare provider yourself

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual entries within the app
• Uninstalling the app (removes all local data permanently)

Since we don't store your data on any servers, there's nothing to delete on our end.

Children's Privacy

Eve Day is intended for users who menstruate. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please use this app only with parental guidance.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
